Product Manager

Job Descriptions

    1. Be responsible for user demand analysis, business process design, product scheme design and review of some functions of the software system;

    2. Pay attention to industry trends, collect competitive product trends and industry information, learn about products of the same industry, and put forward reasonable development suggestions of products;

    3. Thoroughly find out customers' needs and usage habits, put forward improvement suggestions for existing designs and products, and improve customers' use feelings and their product loyalty

    4. Coordinate with operation, marketing, sales and other departments to promote products and cultivate user groups

Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree, with more-than-three-year of work experience;

    2. Be familiar with the planning process of software products, and have good product analysis and planning ability;

    3. Be familiar with relevant tools of PM, such as mind mapping, Visio, Axure, Office, etc.;

    4. Be good at thinking about problems from the perspective of users and have sensitivity to the user needs;

   5. Be good at communication, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a good spirit of teamwork and pressure resistance;

   6. Proficient in using Word/PPT/Excel;

   7. Working experience in railway passenger ticket system is preferred;

   8. Working experience in railway and highway freight system is preferred.
