Job Descriptions: 

  1. Responsible for the recruitment of the company, developing annual recruitment plan, resume screening, telephone invitation and interview arrangement, etc.
  2. Responsible for the signing of labor contracts, staff entry, resignation, transfer and other procedures.
  3. Responsible for the establishment, storage and maintenance of the personnel files, whose good security and confidentiality needs to be ensured.
  4. Responsible for monthly social security, provident fund, and other related personnel related matters.
  5. Responsible for on-boarding training matters, developing training plans, as well as salary and welfare matters.
  6. Responsible for daily labor discipline, attendance, performance appraisal, staff punishment or rewards and other personnel procedures.
  7. Responsible for business contacts with external agencies and organizations in terms of company personnel.
  8. Responsible for the promotion of corporate culture.
  9. Complete other assignments assigned by leaders on time.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years’ relevant work experience, college degree or above (HR related majors are preferred).
  2. Familiar with common office software.
  3. Cheerful personality, good communication skills, affinity, and responsibility;
  4. Familiar with national personnel policies, labor laws and regulations, with the ability to independently handle labor disputes and controversies.
